Insights from Anšar: April 2022

Updated: Sep 23, 2022

Welcome all to the latest insights from Anšar. Chaos and turmoil seem forever prevalent on our physical plane, but know that this is part of humanity's ongoing awakening in collective consciousness and awareness, as we make the inevitable shift to a new paradigm.

The present conflicts unfolding and drastic actions by some are to be expected within the current paradigm. Remember that indulging any fear-based mania (particularly through mainstream media) allows chaotic and detrimental events to continue manifesting. Conversely, we can help to alleviate, mitigate and deter such events and incidents by using our resources {https://ansar-anshar.wixsite.com/anshar/tools}. (These methods will come to the majority more instinctively and naturally in the new paradigm).

Is the Shift to the new paradigm still underway?

Yes, the Shift in our collective consciousness is ongoing. However, we can expect to see more chaos generated by those souls who remain unaware of the process, as well as those in active resistance. Humanity will still shift to the new paradigm of heightened awareness and empathy, but each soul must find the path in their own time. Remember that the Shift is inevitable, even for those who remain unaware or resistant and that each of us is free to move into the new paradigm whenever we feel ready.

Attachment to our ego-identity, fear-based thinking and (re)actions, diminished empathy and blindly acting from the impulses of our Id, are still the primary motives for those souls who are not yet ready for the new and emerging paradigm.

What roles do our ego-identity and Id play?

In our current paradigm, the ego-identity has prevalence. Our ego-identities are not inherently detrimental and in fact form a vital part of our psyche. However, when the ego-identity grows imperious and unbridled, it is extremely difficult to detach from self-aggrandising and feelings of self-importance. Our soul is often repressed in favour of such a potent ego-identity, which clings to feelings of elevated significance and the approval and praise we may receive from others. We see this most often in those souls who acquire prominent roles in our society, such as celebrities, presidents and political leaders, heads of international corporations and even in the current trend of social media influencers.

Although we all have roles to play in our individual lifetimes, those consumed by their ego-identity forget about or repress the nature of the soul - and consequently our shared origins and destiny. In turn, the very idea of a new paradigm where ego-identities are governed effectively, rather than having free-rein, becomes unappealing. Remember that an embellished ego-identity wishes to survive, like anything else residing on the physical plane; there is a genuine fear of loss and death, of mortality and no longer existing. In this way, an elevated ego-identity becomes an entity in itself that wishes to remain prominent and important. Think of any current celebrity who is known internationally, beyond borders, races or languages, perhaps with millions of fans or followers supporting their every action. Such ego-identities can even become god-like, desiring more exposure, fame, recognition and a legacy. We also see this in those who have acted cruelly or immorally in their lifetimes. The allure of such notoriety, whether deemed good or evil by humanity, is often irresistible to the ego-identity.

Similarly, an unbalanced or unhealthy Id can drive some to commit immoral and inhumane acts. The Id, being a primitive instinct that controls our desires, urges and impulses, simply wants fulfilment and satisfaction - sometimes instantly and at any cost. It's akin to a baby demanding its basic needs are met and reacting wildly when denied or unsatisfied. As adults, we mostly learn to manage the impulses of our Id, via a healthy ego, which acts like a mediator between the super-ego and Id to give us greater awareness, foresight, patience and reasoning. A rampant Id can easily cause offence or at worst endanger others in trying to satisfy its needs - not because it is cruel, but by its very design is single-minded, selfish and lacking in empathy.

Overseeing our ego-identity and Id is the super-ego, which dictates our general ethical and moral standards, including all criticisms and inhibitions, as well as our ideals and aspirations, which together form our conscience. As with the Id, an unchecked super-ego can be just as damaging, causing us to live in eternal fear and anxiety, being too afraid to act or speak out, to pursue our goals and ambitions or reach for our dreams. Alternatively, in its unbalanced state, the super-ego can form a superiority complex, leading us to act tyrannically and oppressively against others. We become self-righteous, feeling eternally justified and that we have a special or more important destiny.

This is why we must strive for greater awareness of our psyche and learn to work in harmony with our ego, as the mediator, to help achieve a balance in how we act. Remember that without a healthy super-ego and Id (and therefore ego-identity), we can behave irrationally, outlandishly, cruelly and inhumanely. In the new paradigm we are not aiming to eradicate or repress these parts of our psyche, but achieve a deeper understanding of how they function so that they are better integrated with our soul's purpose.

At present, we must practice empathy for all and choose to encourage awakening in those who are troubled and struggling to make the shift to the new paradigm. Remember that having empathy does not mean condoning and supporting actions that diminish our love and soul.

Why is there an apparent rise in fear-based thinking and (re)actions?

Fear remains a significant driving force in our current paradigm, as perpetuated by individuals and collective entities, such as mainstream/social media, corrupt governments, powerful elites, and individuals and so on. Fear-based (re)actions are increasing now because the impending new paradigm is frightening for those who are unaware of or resistant to the inevitable changes humanity is undergoing. As always, it is our individual responsibility to become aware of and effectively manage our own fear-based thoughts and (re)actions - and to help others do the same (know that this will come to us more naturally in the new paradigm).

Although we have a shared purpose, remember that those with embellished and unbalanced ego-identities instinctively rise to prominence to enact their will (there are also souls capable of just and enlightened actions in prominent and influential roles). Fear, as one of our most primitive emotions, is readily utilised to coerce and control others - even entire populations. Those with heightened or unbalanced ego-identities, who are in positions of power and influence in society, may use fear intentionally for these purposes. We also see this in entities such as the media industry. Ultimately, the goal is always greater power, control, influence and wealth, which together further embellish the ego-identities of all involved. Remember that these goals are short-sighted and relevant only to the physical, material plane of existence thus sought only by those souls who remain unaware of or resistant to the new paradigm. The lack of awareness can be intentional or subconscious, either way stemming from a fear of any changes that the new paradigm may bring.

Similarly, those who resist the shift may already understand that the new paradigm will transcend the current structures of society and therefore no individual will have greater power, influence or wealth over another. This very idea can feel threatening to any individual or entity with an embellished ego-identity and strong attachments to the material plane - primarily those who attach their self-worth and value to financial wealth, possessions, fame or status in society. Note that having such things is not inherently unhealthy and they can in fact be enjoyed by those souls who have a deeper awareness of their true value and worth. For instance, you could have more than money than most while understanding that it is temporary and does not reflect your true worth, so you feel no real attachment to saving, spending or sharing your money. You might be an international celebrity while understanding that the praise, recognition and your number of followers/fans does not define your true worth or value as a person, allowing you to remain humble and act with kindness and empathy.

Ultimately, learning to recognise and transcend our fear-based thinking - and that of others, is a crucial step in our shift to the new paradigm. Fear is a potent emotion for good reason: it helps alert us to genuine danger and therefore keeps us safe. However, as with the ego and Id, when fear is out of control and not governed with awareness, it creates the kind of chaos and turmoil we see in the current paradigm.

How will the new paradigm be different?

The new paradigm is essentially an evolution of our emotional intelligence, heightened empathy and a deeper awareness of our underlying unity. When this occurs for a majority, we will see a marked decrease in conflict, division and the duality mindset - and all that has been created from such states of existence. Know that in the new paradigm we retain our individuality and diversity while instinctively being aware of our soul connection and shared purpose. We instinctively and naturally act in more caring and supportive ways due to our evolved emotional intelligence. We also feel more profoundly, as our heightened empathy allows us to sense others' emotional states with greater ease and intimacy. In turn, this deters fear-based thinking and (re)actions, as we come to understand the underlying motives of others more readily. Know that this is not a psychic sense, akin to reading others' thoughts, but simply the ability to sense how others are feeling, in any given moment, prompting us to act with deeper awareness and kindness. This will extend to how we treat all other species on the planet and the Earth itself, leading to new kinds of connections with the animal kingdom and a greater respect for nature.

The new paradigm is not about excessive emotion, indeed, our evolved emotional intelligence will instead allow us to better understand and integrate our feelings and reactions - including fear. We will express our feelings more deeply and sincerely, with greater gusto and joy. In fact, an elevated sense of humour is also part of the new paradigm. Humour helps our ego-identity detach from the melodrama of any given moment or incident - and from taking ourselves or our temporary physical incarnations too seriously. Although this may sound trivial to some, a heightened sense of humour will be ubiquitous in the new paradigm, where we will all feel much lighter, cohesive, supportive and loving. Humour can be a useful quality even in our current paradigm, by helping to mitigate our fear-based thoughts and (re)actions. Maintaining a cosmic perspective, in regard to what is unfolding now, will also help to keep any soul grounded by reminding us that nothing is permanent in this universe and that all is subject to change and transformation. This includes our collective journey to transcend the current paradigm and our present state of chaos and turmoil.
