Using Platonic Solids to Raise Your Frequency

Platonic Solids are an effective tool in raising your own frequency. They are typically used in conjunction with the 7 main chakras (from Root to Crown) to augment cleansing, healing and re-tuning, boosting your auric field and improving your mental, emotional and physical states. Empaths, healers and other sensitive individuals benefit greatly from this regular practice, as they are more deeply affectd by others' feelings; without awareness and minfdulness, they can also experience and exhibit the emotional states of otherse thus it is important to cleanse and retune to one's own natural state.

You can augment your frequency further by adding visualisation and sound, as well as relevant colours and crystals for each chakra. For instance, place a Tiger's Eye gemstone on your Root chakra whilst visualising a red Cube. For your Heart chakra you could use a piece of Rose Quartz and visualise a green/pink Tetrahedron. Get creative and spend a little time on each chakra or focus on those that you feel need more cleansing/re-tuning.
