Activate Your Chakras

The following mantras can be used to activate each chakra, to tune in, cleanse or re-energise. This can be accompanied and amplified by relevant sounds, colours, gemstones and Reiki.

Root Chakra

I focus on the energy of my Root chakra, on Shekinah and feel myself connected to all of life. I bless this life that I have agreed to live and the family, personal and extended, who make up my life. I focus on my groundedness and my connection to the here and now on Earth.

Sacral Chakra

I focus on the energy of my sacral chakra, on Yesod and the energy I’ve released into acts of creation. I re-examine my intentions. I see each person in my life as having divine purpose. I ask for the energy to see through all illusions controlling me. I focus on my creativity and natural self-esteem.

Solar Plexus Chakra

I focus on the energy of my solar plexus chakra, on the energy of Nezah and Hod. I evaluate my behaviour and ask for assistance in maintaining my personal standards. I honour my dignity. I focus on my self-confidence and joy for life.

Heart Chakra

I focus on the energy of my heart chakra, on the energy of Tiferet and the essence of love and compassion. I evaluate how well I extend love to myself and others. I focus on caring and forgiveness. I embrace self-love and unconditional love. I honour my marriage to myself.

Throat Chakra

I focus on the energy of my throat chakra, on the energy of Hesed and Gevurah. I evaluate the quality of thoughts and the words I express and share. I examine the fear within that generates harmful and deceitful words and thoughts and ask light to enter this fear, giving me the courage not to act on negative patterns.

Third Eye Chakra

I focus on my third eye chakra, on the energy of Hokhmah and Binah. I focus on the energy of divine wisdom and understanding. I request wisdom and insight for times when I feel confused and frightened. I honour my special gift to give to this life and my divine purpose.

Crown Chakra

I focus on the energy of my crown chakra, on the energy of Keter and my connection to the divine. I consciously complete and release any of my unfinished business. I allow the energy of the divine to enter my mind, body and soul and breathe new life in my being.
